Stephen Seagal still remains the one and only headless chicken in this suicidal mobster film. After CIA agent Jerragonihdipy (Seagal) is shot in the crotch with a BB gun by a child, he is out for blood, determined to get his revenge. After finding the child and gets to know him he learns that not all kids are bad. Even though he guts the kid anyways.
